Skunk Odor Treatment
A specialized multi-step treatment for dogs exposed to skunk spray.
Service Description
A deep-cleaning and odour-reduction service for dogs that have been sprayed by a skunk or exposed to strong skunk odour. Treatment may include: • Initial coat and exposure assessment • Specialized odour-neutralizing treatment • Repeated washing and thorough rinsing • Professional shampoo and degreasing treatment • Complete drying and brushing • Finishing coat refresh • Additional sanitation required after the appointment For the best possible result, contact us as soon as possible after exposure. Please keep your dog dry and avoid bathing or wetting the coat before the appointment unless instructed otherwise. Results depend on the intensity and location of the spray, coat type, time since exposure and whether other products have already been applied. The goal is to reduce the odour as much as safely possible; complete removal cannot be guaranteed, and some odour may temporarily return when the coat becomes wet or humid. Your dog will be assessed at check-in. The recommended treatment level and price will be explained and confirmed before the service begins. Please contact us before arriving so we can prepare the grooming area and receive your dog safely.
