Online prices are starting prices only. The final price depends on your dog’s size, coat condition, matting, behaviour, drying time, and the total time needed to complete the groom safely.

What happens if my dog is matted?
If the coat is heavily matted, brushing may not be safe or possible. In those cases, a shorter haircut or shave-down may be required for the dog’s comfort and safety. We always prioritize the dog’s well-being over style.

How long does grooming take?
Grooming time depends on the dog’s size, coat condition, behaviour, and drying time. Some dogs require extra time for brushing, drying, breaks, or careful handling. We do not rush grooming.

Can I send a photo before booking?
Yes. You can send a recent photo of your dog on WhatsApp before booking. This helps us guide you toward the right service and gives a better idea of what to expect.
