Service Description
A convenient care appointment for dogs who need nail maintenance and a quick freshen-up between regular grooms. Service includes: • Nail trimming • Gentle ear cleaning • Blueberry facial • Light finishing spray This is a quick maintenance service and does not include a bath or haircut. Every dog’s comfort and safety come first. If your dog needs additional time or specialized handling for nail care, we’ll discuss the available options and confirm any change in service or price before proceeding.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are applied toward the final service total and are non-refundable when insufficient notice is given. Final pricing is confirmed after the pet’s coat, size, condition, behaviour and grooming needs are assessed. Final payment and pet release: The complete balance, including any additional services or work, is due immediately upon completion and must be paid before the pet is released. For safety, pets remain in the secured grooming area until payment has been received and confirmed.
