Service Description
**Nail Maintenance — Existing Grooming Clients Only** Available for existing Tailwag grooming clients as part of an ongoing maintenance routine. Nail-only appointments are offered at our discretion based on the dog’s previous grooming history, temperament and comfort level. All nail-maintenance requests must be **reviewed and approved by Tailwag before the appointment is confirmed**. This service is not intended as a general walk-in or first-time client service.
Cancellation Policy
Tailwag Soin & Grooming reserves the right to update its prices, services, promotions, discounts, booking procedures and business policies from time to time, subject to applicable Quebec law. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the agreed terms of an appointment already confirmed, except where permitted by law or agreed to with the client. Final payment and pet release: The complete balance, including any additional services or work, is due immediately upon completion and must be paid before the pet is released. For safety, pets remain in the secured grooming area until payment has been received and confirmed.
