Service Description
Mondays only, in a calm and dog-free environment. Professional grooming by an experienced feline groomer trained in safe handling and coat care. We welcome short, long, double, dense, shedding, tangled and matted coats. Service may include: • Brushing and de-shedding • Mat removal or comfort clip • Lion cut or suitable styling • Sanitary and paw-pad trim • Nail trim and ear cleaning • Bath and drying when appropriate A CA$50 non-refundable deposit is required and applied toward the total. The remaining balance is paid at pickup. The agreed groom is normally completed in one appointment. Grooming stops only if the cat becomes severely distressed or unsafe to handle.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours, and no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the booked service amount. By booking online, clients authorize TailWag Grooming & Care to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file. Final payment and pet release: The complete balance, including any additional services or work, is due immediately upon completion and must be paid before the pet is released. For safety, pets remain in the secured grooming area until payment has been received and confirmed.
