A deep coat refresh for heavy shedding and packed seasonal undercoat.
Service Description
Designed for double-coated dogs experiencing heavy shedding, packed undercoat or seasonal coat release. This treatment helps remove loose coat, improve airflow through the coat and leave your dog feeling cleaner, lighter and more comfortable. Service includes: • Coat assessment at check-in • Bath with coat-appropriate shampoo and conditioner • High-velocity blow-dry to release loose undercoat • Thorough brushing and de-shedding • Nail trimming • Ear cleaning • Finishing coat spray This service preserves the natural purpose of a double coat and does not include shaving or a full haircut. The amount of undercoat that can be safely removed depends on the dog’s size, coat density and condition. If additional time or another session is recommended, any change to the service or price will be explained and confirmed with you before grooming begins.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Cancellations, rescheduling requests made within 48 hours, and no-shows may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the booked service amount. By booking online, clients authorize TailWag Grooming & Care to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file. Final payment and pet release: The complete balance, including any additional services or work, is due immediately upon completion and must be paid before the pet is released. For safety, pets remain in the secured grooming area until payment has been received and confirmed.
